John and I would like to express our sincere appreciation for the way in which the Club handled the recent wedding of our daughter, Samantha, to Rick Haydon. The day and evening was a great success and judging by the letters of appreciation we have received, everyone who attended expressed the same opinion.
All the planning and presentation including the table arrangements, the flowers, the wedding ceremony in front of the fireplace, the afternoon tea, the cocktail party and the dinner was an outstanding success.
We would both like to congratulate the Club and its enthusiastic staff for their help in presenting this day and evening. The Catering Manager, Rhonda Vincent, was very helpful and obliging with her suggestions and organisation. The Club Chef, Warwick Hilli and his team did a superb job with their timing and faultless presentation. We were most grateful to Ceri and her friendly staff for their thoughtful and well mannered approach to our guests.
The whole experience of dealing with the Club in the running of this function was a most enjoyable one and everything on the day proceeded without a hitch.

Heather and I just had to write to you to express how tremendously proud we were of our Club last night. We were hosts to the Mornington Peninsula Wine and Food Society and it was our first event of the year. And what an event it was.
Everything about the function was perfection and we wanted you to know what a superb team of people you have working for you. Everyone bent over backwards for us to ensure that the function went well and nothing seemed too much trouble to them
It was so easy to deal with Warwick, Tim and Rhonda, who seemed to work seamlessly to come up with the package that was just right. Tim was even there that night to ensure that there were no last minute glitches.
Warwick and Larissa were thoroughly applauded by everyone who attended for the 5 star food they served us ? perfectly prepared and presented with creativity and obvious care.
David and his team with Hugh, Matt and Paige made sure the dinner ran smoothly. The wines served appropriately and gently ensured that we kept to time. The service was unobtrusive yet prompt and always there ? just the way a top Restaurant would be.
The fire was lit, the ambiance faultless, and of course the 18th green looked wonderful from up there. The comments from the members was that it was the best function ever.
Congratulations for gathering the proper team together, please pass on our best wishes and gratitude to them, and we hope you can keep them!
